Kristina and I have been eating loads of great food in Atlantic Canada since things started opening back up again. However, finding time to write has been difficult.
As a way to get back into the habit, I went to the City Market in Saint John to try something a little outside the maritimes, at a reasonable price point.

Naan ya Business offers traditional and creative naan baked in a tradition tandoor style oven. I had the Butter Chicken Naan with garlic aioli.
The Naan, and the chicken inside, were well spiced. It had an interesting latticed look to it. For 9 bucks it's a great deal.
The real star was the little piece of Baklava I added on as an afterthought. Crunchy top, gooey, soaked bottom. Sweet. It was VERY good.
If you only have a few minutes in SJ give it a try.
ALSO I noticed as I was leaving that you can take your food to Uncorked if you are interested in pairing your food with a NB made drink.
Maybe next time I wont inhale the naan.
